After serve as combat navy officer, Captain Paberolis started his career as merchant mariner earning on board operational experience, including several years as Shipmaster. Once ashore, he added proficiency as port captain for international owners and charterers as well as independent marine surveyor and loss adjuster for Protection and Indemnity Clubs, such as; The United Kingdom, American Steamship Mutual, North of England, The London, Lloyds and Salvage Assoc. etc.

Captain Paberolis achieved management practice as technical manager in ships maintenance companies as well as operations, branch, regional manager and director in shipping companies, maritime agencies and recognized security organizations.

Previously to establish his company, he expanded his expertise as maritime consultant working for international consultancy firms such as, Ernst & Young, Dibmar LLC USA and as Partner at Maritime Trade Consulting U.K.

In the scholarship ground, Captain Paberolis has been professor at the Argentine Navy Military Academy and Postgraduate professor at the Regional Branch of the United Nations World Maritime University of Malmo Sweden.

Captain Paberolis frequently publish editorials and articles in economic specialized newspapers and magazines, regionally distributed in the MERCOSUR.
